Panic! At the Disco’s Brendon Urie is getting candid about his sexuality.
The “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” singer came out as pansexual in a wide-ranging interview published by Paper magazine on Friday.
“I’m married to a miss and I’m very much in love with her but I’m not opposed to a man because to me, I favor a person,” Urie revealed to the magazine. “Yeah, I guess you could qualify me as pansexual because I really don’t care. If a person is great, then a person is great. I just like good people if your heart’s in the right place. I’m definitely attracted to men. It’s just people that I am attracted to.”
Pansexual, not unlike bisexuality, is having a sexual, affectionate or emotional attraction toward people regardless of their sex or gender persona. Urie, who has previously referred to his sexuality as “fluid,” said it was “never weird” for him to come to terms with his sexual identity.
“I know that it made a few people uncomfortable, when somebody gets uncomfortable about me doing what I used to call ‘stage gay,’ ” he told Paper. “It kind of presses me to want to accomplish it more.”

In an interview with Paper Magazine, the 31-year-old singer opened up about his sexuality, saying he does not care about his choice of partner.
“I guess you could qualify me as pansexual because I really don’t care,” he said. “If a person is great, then a person is wonderful. I just appreciate good people, if your heart’s in the right place. I’m definitely attracted to men. It’s just people that I am attracted to.”
Urie stated that he was still attracted to men, despite being married to his wife of five-years Sarah Orzechowski.

The American singer, 31, has been married to his wife since 2013 but said he is open to a bond with people of either gender.

Pansexual is when a person is attracted to someone for their personality regardless of their sex or gender.
"I infer this is me coming out as pansexual," Brendon said.

Asked if he ever struggled with his sexuality, he said: "It was never weird for me.
